LHG: LHG invests in IGREEN

Long Hau Corporation (HOSE: LHG) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on contributing capital to set up IGREEN Technology JSC:

Article 1: Decided to invest VND20 billion to establish IGREEN Technology Joint Stock Company, equivalent to 40% of IGREEN’s charter capital.

Article 2: Authorized Mr. Nguyen Ba Tung, Deputy Director General, to be a representative to implement rights of shareholders of Long Hau Corporation in IGREEN Technology Joint Stock Company.

Article 3: Authorized the BOD Chairman and Director General to implement the resolution.
