CTD: Coteccons wins new projects

Cotec Construction Joint Stock Company (COTECCONS) (HOSE: CTD) continues to sign construction projects. The Company now is executing 04 packages:

• In Hochiminh City: Coteccons continued to be assigned to construct a VND20-billion package of building blocks 11 and 12 of the Kenton apartment area in Nha Be District.

• In Nha Trang City: On November 23, 2010, the company signed a contract of completing Nha Trang Plaza, a five-star hotel, worth VND47.4 billion.

• In Hanoi City: Investor Indochina Land chose Coteccons to continue the construction to complete the Indochina Plaza Hanoi worth VND69 billion.

Therefore, within 01 week, Coteccons signed 04 contracts with total value of VND169.4 billion.
