DVD: Personnel change

Vien Dong Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (HOSE: DVD) announced personnel change in the Board of Directors (BOD) as follows:

• Approving the resignation of Ms. Tran Thanh Hoa from the position of BOD Chairwoman and a BOD member of Vien Dong Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company. Mr. Pham Quoc Thanh has been appointed as a BOD member to replace Ms. Tran Thanh Hoa.

• Appointing Mr. Dao Xuan Huong, a BOD member, as BOD Chairman of Vien Dong Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, and dismissing him from Temporary Director General from December 20, 2010.

Appointing Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hai, Deputy Director General, as Temporary Director General of Vien Dong Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company from December 20, 2010.
