DNSE: An over-10-percent-of-charter-capital transaction

According to Decision No.1048/QD-UBCK dated December 14, 2010 by the State Securities Commission, Dai Nam Securities Joint Stock Company (DNSE) announced a transaction making the holding right change over 10% of charter capital in the share issuance to increase capital from VND50 billion to VND80 billion:

• Seller: Dai Nam Securities Joint Stock Company;

• Buyer: Mr. Truong Anh Hung; ID card: 011624728 granted by the Police of Hanoi City on 06/26/2006;

• Transferred volume: 1,400,000 shares (17.5% of DNSE’s charter capital).
