TCL: Record date for bonus shares to the existing shareholders
Tan Cang Logistics and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company (HoSE: TCL) announces the record date to close shareholder list:
* Stock symbol: TCL

* Ex-right date: November 18, 2010
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on November 18 & 19, 2010, sellers will not receive rights)
* Record date: November 22, 2010
* Purpose:
+ Issue bonus shares to the existing shareholders.
+ Issuing bonus shares to the existing shareholders
Expected issue volume: 1,700,000 shares
Exercise ratio: 10:01 (A shareholder owning 10 old shares will get 01 new share). The bonus share volume will be rounded to units.
For example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 155 shares, the calculation will be: 155*1/10=15.5 shares. Therefore, he will receive 15 shares.
