HLG: Violation of information disclosure of an inside shareholder

Violation of information disclosure requirement of the insider trading in Hoang Long  Group (HoSE: HLG) as follows:

* Mr. Chau Minh Dat – Deputy CEO was late in reporting the trading result of HLG stock after registering to trade on July 09, 2010.

* Ms. Le Thi Thanh Tam – A Member of the Supervisory Board was late in reporting the trading result of HLG stock after registering to trade on October 05, 2010.
