ASP: Violation of information disclosure of an affiliated person

Violation of information disclosure requirement of the insider trading in An Pha S.G Petrol Joint Stock Company (HoSE: ASP) as follows:

Ms. Tran Thi Van (Sister of Mr. Tran Minh Loan – Chairman of the BOD) Bought 76,260 shares from September 14, 2009 to August 10, 2010 and Sold 74,000 shares from September 04, 2009 to June 22, 2010 announcing the information tardily. Beside, Ms. Tran Thi Van was late in reporting the trading result of ASP stock after registering to trade on July 21, 2010.
