PVG: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
Petrovietnam Nothern Gas JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 22/10/2010. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Change in company’s head office address:
- New address: Petrovietnam Nothern Gas JSC, Floor 11th, Petroleum Building, 173 Trung Kinh Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi
- Amendment of company’s head office address in company’s Charter.
2. Change in name of business lines in pursuant to Decree No. 107/2009/ND-CP and supplement of business line.
3. Change in Supervisory Board:
- Ms. Do Thi Bich Quyen has resigned from member of Supervisory Board
- Ms. Tran Thi Viet Anh has been appointed as member of Supervisory Board.
