Dien Quang Joint Stock Company (HoSE: DQC) announces the record date to close shareholder list:

* Ex-right date: November 17, 2010
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on November 17 & 18, 2010, sellers will not receive rights)
* Record date: November 19, 2010
* Purpose: Issue bonus shares
Issuing bonus shares
Expected issue volume: 5,627,880 shares
Exercise ratio: 10:3 (A shareholder owning 10 old shares will get 03 new shares). The bonus share volume will be rounded to units. The fractional parts (If any) will be cancelled.
For example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 192 shares, the calculation will be: 192*3/10 =57,6 shares. Therefore, he will receive 57 shares and and 0.6 share will be cancelled.
