* Par value: VND 10,000
* Ex-right date: November 18, 2010
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on November 18 & 19, 2010 sellers will not receive the rights.)
* Record date: November 22, 2010
* Dividend pay-out ratio: 12%/ par value (VND1,200/ share)
* Purpose: To make the first dividend payment for 2010.
