TMC: Board Resolution

Thu Duc Trading and Import – Export JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 26/10/2010 as follows:

1. Plan in 2011:

- Total revenues: VND 1,650 billion

- Profit before tax: VND 32 billion

- Investment: VND 176 billion

2. dividend payment 2010

- Exercise rate: 6% (Shareholder receive VND 600 for every 01 share they own)

- Expected date: 01/2011.
