NHS: Resolution on the dividend payment

Ninh Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company (HoSE: NHS) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated October 20, 2010 on the dividend payment as follows:

* The Board of Directors will propose the change in dividend rate at the 2011 Annual General Meeting. The 2010 dividend should be increased from 20% to 40%/charter capital, in which: 15% paid in cash and 25% paid in stock.

* Time to pay dividend in cash: In 2010; And in stock: in 2011.
