482 Joint Stock Company announces change in the Board of Directors as follows:

-  Mr. Le Ngoc Hoa has resigned from Chair of the Board with effect since 13/11/2010 due to Mr. Hoa has been appointed Director of Cienco4 – holding company and assigned new duty.

-  Mr. Le Hoa Nguyen has been appointed Chair of the Board in place of Mr. Le Ngoc Hoa with effect since 13/11/2010.
