Song Da 6.06 Joint Stock Company announces the management changes of the company as follows:
1. Mr. Nguyen Minh Hieu has been appointed Director in place of Mr. Nguyen Huu Tien with effect since 08/1/2010
2. Mr. Pham Duy Quyen has been appointed Deputy General Manager in place of Mr. Le Van Hung with effect since 08/1/2010
3. Mr. Nguyen Van Ngan has been appointed Chief Accountant cum Information disclosure officer in place of Mr. Tran Minh Thanh with effect since 08/1/2010.
