Vung Tau Petroleum Trading and Service JSC announces the change in General Manager as follows:

1. Mr. Do Tien Lenh has resigned from General Manager with effect since 05/11/2010.

2. Mr. Nguyen Quanh Ninh, who is currently the Chair of the Board, will temporarily hold General Manager with effect since 05/11/2010.
