IDV: Management changes

Vinh Phuc Infrastructure Development JSC announces management changes of the company as follows:

1. Change in Information Disclosure Officer

Mr. Nguyen Duy Trung – Secretary of the Board of Directors has been appointed the Information Disclosure Officer of the Company in place of Mr Van Phung Ha with effect since 20/10/2010.

2. Management change:

Mr. Pham Huu Ai will hold Chair of the Board of the company in place of with effect since 16/10/2010.
