* Approving the resignation of Ms. Pham Minh Huong from Director General.

* Approving the resignation of Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh from Director of Hochiminh City Branch.

* Appointing Mr. Huynh Minh Vu as Director of Hochiminh City Branch.
