HTV: Resolution of the Board of Directors

On October 08, 2010, the Board of Directors of Hatien Transport Joint Stock Company (HoSE: HTV) approved the personnel changes as follows:

* Approving resignations of Mr. Quan Trong Dan and Mr. Ngo Minh Lang from the Board of Directors.

* Electing Mr. Tran Viet Thang and Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh as members of the Board of Directors.

* Electing Mr. Tran Viet Thang as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

* This resolution will be reported by the Board of Directors in the next shareholders’ meeting.
