HNX Notice: Fixing error of trading of CTA

On 01/10/2010, the trading session No.1216, HNX’s system had happened the situation that SME Securities Corporation made 02 orders thought negotiation of CTA first trading day.

This against the rule in Article 15 of Stock Exchange Regulation at HNX via Decision No.326/QD-SGDHN dated 04/06/2010. On the first trading day of new listed stock, HNX only receives the orders following method of continuous order matching. Therefore, HNX announces unrecognized the results of 02 orders mentioned above.
