ELC: The BOD’s decision of extending registration and deposit time

Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation (HoSE: ELC) has announced extension of registration and deposit time for existing shareholders and staffs as follows:

Article 1: Approving extension of registration and deposit time for 6,637,500 shares to existing shareholders with 30% ratio and 537,500 shares to staffs:

* The old information: From September 20, 2010 to October 22, 2010

* The new information: From September 20, 2010 to November 12, 2010

Article 2: The decision is valid as from October 18, 2010.
