EIB: Resolution on depositing and listing other shares

Viet Nam Export - Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank (HoSE: EIB) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors:

The Board of Directors approved to register to deposit all 175,998,875 bonus shares (Which were issued at 20 percent) in the Vietnam Securities Depository (Hochiminh Branch) and list them on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
