AGR: Agriseco to buy back stock

According to the resolution of the Board of Directors dated October 19, 2010, AGRIBANK Securities Joint-Stock Corporation (HoSE: AGR) will repurchase its own shares:

* Volume registered to buy back: 3,000,000 shares (Three million shares)

* Purpose: To stabilize the stock’s market price

* Financial resource: Undistributed

* Trading time: Within 90 days from the first day of transaction (According to the registration submitted to the State Securities Commission and the Hochiminh Stock Exchange).
