DLG: Receiving resignation of a member in the Supervisory Board

Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company (HoSE: DLG) has announced resignation of a member in the Supervisory Board as follows:

* On 30 September 2010, the company received resignation of Mr. Tran Cong Nhap from a Member of the Supervisory Board.

* The BOD will report to shareholders’ meeting to appoint a new member into the Supervisory Board.
