DIG: Information on bond issuance 2010 & financial investment

The Board of Directors of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (HoSE: DIG) approved an unconvertible bond issuance and a financial investment in Phu Rieng Katie Rubber Joint Stock Company:

1. Bond issuance 2010:

DIC Corp will mobilize capital to develop 02 projects: Dai Phuoc Project, Nam Vinh Yen Project. Therefore, the Board of Directors expects to issue a VND1,500-billion unconvertible bonds with a term of 03 years (From 2010 to 2013). Time to issue bonds will be in 2010.

2. Financial investment in Phu Rieng Katie Rubber Joint Stock Company:

The Board of Directors of DIC Corporation was unanimous to invest VND20 billion in Phu Rieng Katie Rubber Joint Stock Company. The charter capital of Phu Rieng Katie is VND400 billion and head office is in Binh Phuoc. Phu Rieng Katie is implementing a rubber plan in Cambodia and expects to exploit rubber latex in 2013.
