TDH: Receives a certificate for a convertible bond offering

On September 13, 2010, ThuDuc Housing Development Corporation (HoSE: TDH) was granted Certificate No.667/UBCK-GCN by the State Securities Commission to offer convertible bonds to the public as follows:

Issuer: ThuDuc Housing Development Corporation         

Charter capital: VND378,750,000,000.

Bond type: Convertible bond

Par value: VND100,000/bond

Total offering volume: 6,000,000 bonds. In which:       

* Existing shareholders: 3,787,500 bonds

* Strategic partners: 2,212,500 bonds

Total issue value (Basing on par value): VND600,000,000,000.

Distribution time: Within 90 days from the effective date of the certificate.

Offering method: According to the Company’s prospectus.
