* Total issue value (Based on par value): VND5,000,000,000,000.

* Bond term: 02 years

* Bond interest: floating interest, including:

- Interest rate in the first year: 11.19%/year, paid on the issue date.

- Interest rate in the second year: a floating rate, equal to the average of the saving rate of 12-month period (In VND) of four commercial banks: VietNam Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Industry and Trade - Ha Noi Branch, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam – Head office, AGRIBANK Securities Joint-Stock Corporation – Head office, Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Head Office’s Branch 1 on a determination date, and added 1.30%/year, and paid on the due date.
