BTP: Resolution of extraordinary shareholders’ meeting

Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company (HoSE: BTP) announced the resolution of the 2010 extraordinary shareholders’ meeting held on September 29, 2010:

1. Adjusting the Company’s Charter:

- Adjusting Point 2, Article 2 of the Company’s Charter:

- The foundation shareholders of Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company:

- Changing the legal representative of Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company.

2.The Meeting elected Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung to the Board of Directors of Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company in the term from 2007 to 2012. 

3. The Board of Directors voted for the following persons:

- Mr. Huynh Lin: Chairman of the Board of Directors;

- Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung: A member of the Board of Directors, and Director General;

- Mr. Pham Quoc Thai: Deputy Director General, and Chief Accountant.

This resolution is effective from September 29, 2010.
