OGC: Information on investment in other companies
Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (HoSE: OGC) announces information on investment in other companies as follows:
On September 20, 2010, the State Securities Commission approved the transfer of 13,600,000 shares of Ocean Securities Joint Stock Company (OCS). Therefore, the owning volume of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company in OCS increased to 22,500,000 shares, accounting for 75% of OCS charter capital.

- Transferred volume: 1,600,000 shares;
- Owning volume after transfer: 1,034,000 shares.
- Transfer rate: 5.33% charter capital of Ocean Securities Joint Stock Company.
* Mr. Ha Van Tham: (ID: 012345310)
- Transferred volume: 12,000,000 shares;
- Owning volume after transfer: 70,000 shares.
- Transfer rate: 40% charter capital of Ocean Securities Joint Stock Company.

* Ocean Group Joint Stock Company:
- Increased volume: 13,600,000 shares;
- Owning volume after transfer: 22,500,000 shares.
- Owning rate: 45.33% charter capital of Ocean Securities Joint Stock Company.
On September 20, 2010, the Board of Directors of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company decided to contribute VND5,400,000,000, equivalent to 540,000 shares (Par value of VND10,000/share), accounting for 90% of charter capital, in order to establish Ocean Real Estate Management Joint Stock Company (*).
