NKD: Resolution on 12%dividend payment
North Kinhdo Food Joint-Stock Company (HoSE: NKD) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:
Article 1: The Board of Directors of North Kinhdo Food Joint-Stock Company unanimously approved to make the first dividend payment of 2010 at a ratio of 12 percent (Equivalent to VND1,200/share).
Article 2: Ex-right date: October 04, 2010.
Article 3: Payment date: November 10, 2010.
