Petrolimex Petrochemical JSC (HNX: PLC) announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:
- Issuer: Petrolimex Petrochemical JSC
- Stock code: PLC
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 24/9/2010
- Ex-date: 22/9/2010
- Reasons: Last Dividend payment of 2009 by share
+ Exercise rate: 5% (Shareholders receive 05 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
+ Odd share (Less than 01 share) is repurchased as treasury stock at VND 10,000/ share
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Petrolimex Petrochemical JSC, at 195 Kham Thien Street, Tho Quan Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi, on working days (From Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
