GIL: Resolution on the first dividend payment of 2010
Binh Thanh Import-Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company (HoSE: GIL) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:
Article 1: The Board of Directors unanimously decided to make an advance for the 2010 dividend at a ratio of 15% (VND1,500/share):
* Record date: September 29, 2010
* Payment date: October 18, 2010
* Financial resource: Undistributed profit
Article 2: This resolution takes effect from September 14, 2010.
