On August 30, 2010, the State Bank of VietNam allowed VietNam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade to establish VietinBank Gold and Jewellery Trading Co., Ltd. (HoSE: CTG):

* Full name in English: VietinBank Gold and Jewellery Trading Company Ltd.

* Abbreviated name in Vietnamese: Công ty Vàng Bạc Đá Quý VietinBank

* Abbreviated name in English: VietinGold Company.

2. Head office: 34 Cua Nam, Cua Nam, Hoan Kiem District, Ha Noi City.

3. Charter capital: VND300 billion.

4. Operating time: Based on the remaining time of VietNam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade.
