V12: Notice of record date for dividend payment and seasoned issue
Construction JSC No.12 (HNX: V12) announces the notice of record date for dividend payment and seasoned issue as follows:

- Reasons:
1. First Dividend payment 2010 in cash
+ Exercise rate: 12% (Shareholders receive VND 1,200 for every share they own)
+ Exercise date: 12/10/2010
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Construction JSC No.12 on working days from 12/10/2010. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

- Number of shares to be issued: 2,700,000 shares
- Subject of the issue: Outstanding shareholders in the list on the record date
- Exercise rate: 10:9 (Shareholders are entitled to buy 9 new shares for every 10 shares they own. Number of shares received will be rounded down to unit digit). Odd shares and unsold shares will be distributed to other subjects with price not lower than VND15,000/share.
- Issue price: VND10,000/share
- Time for transfer of purchase rights: From 12/10/2010 to 04/11/2010
- Time for registration and payment: From 12/10/2010 to 08/11/2010
- Purchase rights can be transfered once only.
