MTG: Record date for bonus shares
Mtgas Joint Stock Company (HoSE: MTG) announces the record date to close shareholder list:
* Stock symbol: MTG
* Stock type: Common stock
* Par value: VND10,000
* Ex-right date: September 21, 2010
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on September 21 & 22, 2010, sellers will not receive rights)
* Record date: September 23, 2010
* Purpose:
+ Issuing bonus shares to the existing shareholders:
+ Expected issue volume: 4,000,000 shares
+ Exercise ratio: 2:1 (A shareholder owning 01 share will receive 01 right, 02 rights will be entitled to buy 01 new share). The bonus share volume will be rounded to units. The fractional parts (If any) will be cancelled.
+ For example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 375 shares, the calculation will be: (375/2) =187,5 shares. Therefore, he will receive 187 shares and and 0.5 share will be cancelled.
* Place of implementation:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Mtgas Joint Stock Company.
