CLG: Violation of information disclosure of major shareholder

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of a major shareholder:

Ms. Luu Thi Thao, a major shareholder of Cotec Investment and Land - House Development Joint Stock Company, bought 37,290 CLG shares on August 13, 2010 to increase the owning volume 529,010 shares (5.29%) and became a major shareholder of Cotec Investment and Land - House Development Joint Stock Company and bought 402,120 CLG shares from August 16, 2010 to August 27, 2010 without announcement.
