APC: Violation of information disclosure of inside shares

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an inside shareholder:

Rubber Finance Company, an inside shareholder of An Phu Irradiation Joint Stock Company (Representative: Mr. Phan Minh Ngoc Anh – Deputy BOD), bought 138,575 APC shares in issuance of additional shares to existing shareholder to increase the owning volume from 554,300 shares (4.84%) to 692,875 shares (6.05%) and became a major shareholder of An Phu Irradiation Joint Stock Company without announcement.
