Vietnam Container Shipping Joint-stock Company announced the record date for a dividend advance of 2010:
* Stock symbol: VSC
* Stock type: Common stock
* Par value: VND10,000
* Ex-right date: August 20, 2010
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on August 20 & 23 2010, sellers will not receive rights.)
* Record date: August 24, 2010
* Purpose: to advance the 2010 dividend in cash
* Pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)
* Payment date: September 17, 2010
Place & procedure of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Vietnam Container Shipping Joint-stock Company (11 Vo Thi Sau Street, May To Ward, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City) from September 17, 2010.
Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
