SBC: Resolution on a dividend advance

Saigon Beer Transportation Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on a dividend advance in 2010 as follows:

* The Board of Directors unanimously approved to make the first dividend payment of 2010:

* Payment rate: 15%/par value (VND1,500/share)

* Total value of the first dividend payment of 2010: expected VND12 billion

* Record date: August 24, 2010.

* Payment date: From September 10, 2010.
