MCP: Record date for the 1st cash dividend payment of 2010
My Chau Printing & Packaging Holding Comapny announced the record date for the first dividend payment of 2010:
* Stock symbol: MCP
* Stock type: Common stock
* Par value: VND 10,000
* Ex-right date: August 25, 2010
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on August 25 & 26 2010, sellers will not receive the rights.)
* Record date: August 27, 2010
* Purpose: to make the first cash dividend payment of 2010
* Dividend pay-out ratio: 8%/ par value (VND800/ share)
* Payment date: September 17, 2010
Place & procedure of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At My Chau Printing & Packaging Holding Co. as from September 17, 2010.
Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
