VCB: Personnel changes

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) announced personnel changes as follows:

- Appointing Mr. Dao Hao, Director of Vietcombank’s  HoChi Minh City Branch, as Deputy CEO of Vietcombank as from August 01, 2010.

- Appointing Mr. Pham Thanh Ha, Head of the Capital Management Department of Vietcombank, as Deputy CEO of Vietcombank as from August 01, 2010.

- Approving the resignation of Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam, a Member of the BOD and Deputy CEO from the position of Deputy CEO of Vietcombank as from August 15, 2010.
