* Appointing Ms. Luu Thui Thuy Hien as Chief Accountant  of Dong A Plastic Group Joint – Stock Company as from July 28, 2010.

* Appointing positions as Deputy Director General in the Director General as from July 28, 2010:

- Mr. Le Cao Long – CEO of Dong A Plastic one Member Company Limiter (DAS) – Tan Tao industrial

- Mr. Nguyen Phu Thang –  Factory Director of Dong A Plastic Company Limited– Ha Nam industrial

- Mr. Nguyen Viet Son - Factory Director of SMW one Member company Limited.
