S64: Management Changes

Song Da 6.04 JSC announces the management changes of the company as follows:

1. Mr. Nguyen Van Tung  will not hold Vice Chair of the Board of the company with effect since 22/7/2010.

2. Mr. Hoang Trong Ky  will not hold Manager of the company to hold Chair of the Board with effect since 22/7/2010.

3. Mr. Pham Quang Huy will not hold Deputy Manager of the company to hold Manager with effect since 22/7/2010.
