Article 1: Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Hue has not taken charge of the positions of Deputy Director General from August 01, 2010.

Reason: transferred

Article 2: Ms. Huynh Hoang Oanh has not taken charge of the positions of Deputy Director General cum Director Finance and Accounting from September 01, 2010.

Article 3: Ms. Phan Thuy Doan has been appointed to the Chief Accountant cum Director Finance and Accounting from September 01, 2010.

Article 4: The resolution is valid from July 29, 2010.
