* Mr. Quach Toan Binh – Chief Accountant of Sai Gon Khanh Hoi General Service Corporation has been appointed to the Chief Accountant to replace Ms. Nguyen Thi Van and time appoint not more than 03 years

* Reason: Ms. Nguyen Thi Van retired from August 01, 2010.         

* The resolution is valid from July 31, 2010.
