- Stock type: Common stock

- Par value: VND100,000/share

2. Investment value:

- Total value of capital contribution of Ninh Van Bay: VND67,500,000,000

- Total number of shares: 670,000 shares, making up 45% chartered capital of the association company

- Contribution method: Partially buying shares of foundation shareholders and from the additional issuance when the Dong Anh General Tourism and Services JSC raises chartered capital to VND150 billion.
