KDC: Explanation for business difference in quarter 2/2010

Kinh Do Corporation (KINHDO) has explained profit in quarter 2/2010 decreased beside quarter 1/2010 as follows:

* In quarter 1/2010, the company has an income from transferring capital invested at Sai Gon Diamond Joint Stock Company (*).

* In quarter 2/2010, the company has to make a provision for long-term investment in Eximbank’s shares. Beside, quarter 2 is not seasonal business of the company.
