* Stock symbol: ASM
* Stock type: Common stock
* Par value: VND10,000
* Ex-right date: August 10, 2010
* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on August 10 & 11, 2010, sellers will not receive rights)
* Record date: August 12, 2010
* Purpose: to pay dividend of 2009 & 2010 in cash
* Dividend pay-out ratio: 50% (VND5,000/ share), in which:
The 2009 dividend payment: 20% (VND2,000/share)
The 2010 dividend payment: 30% (VND3,000/share)
* Payment date: September 10, 2010
