KSS: Canceling issuance of corporate convertible bonds

Nari Hamico Minerals Joint Stock Company has informed of canceling the issuance of corporate convertible bonds 2010 under private placement as follows:

* Canceling the issuance of corporate convertible bonds 2010 under private placement passed by the resolution of the BOD No.06/2010/NQ-HDQT dated 23rd July 2010.

* The BOD evaluates the current business of the company to make plan of the new issuance in order to ensure benefits and rights of shareholders and meet capital requirements of its projects.
