Ms. Ngo Anh Thu, daughter of Mr. Ngo Van Diem – a Member of the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Securities Incorporation (SSI), bought 2,500 SSI shares from July 19, 2010 to July 27, 2010 and sold 500 SSI shares on August 03, 2010 without announcement.
