DLG: Capital contribution to set up the Muoi Tung company
Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company has informed of capital contribution to set up the Muoi Tung Traffic Construction and Investment JSC as follows:
The Muoi Tung Traffic Construction and Investment JSC is established with chartered capital of VND10 billion.
- Duc Long Gia Lai Group contributes VND5,100,000,000 or 510,000 shares, accounting for 51% of chartered capital of the Muoi Tung Traffic Construction and Investment JSC.
In which:
+ Capital contribution in cash: VND1,530,000,000 or 153,000 shares
+ Capital contribution in assets: VND3,570,000,000 or 357,000 shares
Purpose of capital contribution: to match with development orientation of the company at present and in the next years.
Duc Long Gia Lai Group has appointed Mr Nguyen Dinh Trac – Vice-chairman of the BOD to be representative of the capital contribution of Duc Long Gia Lai Group in the Muoi Tung Traffic Construction and Investment JSC.
